NOTE: If your little one cannot have peanut butter, simply substitute with any other nut butter, including sunflower butter. Easy peasy!

You won’t believe how simple these treats are to make.

  1. Cut a banana into thin slices, about 1/4-1/2 inch thick.
  2. Line a mini muffin tin with mini baking cups.
  3. Place one slice of banana in each mini baking cup.
  4. Cover bananas with a thin layer of peanut butter. If your peanut butter is thick, simply microwave a small bowl of pb for 20-30 seconds so it drizzles easily.
  5. Put the muffin tin in the freezer for an hour to freeze.
  6. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer.
