Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bark
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (natural peanut butter works best as it is easier to spread/drizzle)
- Small handful of chopped peanuts
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- Pinch of flaky salt
Instuctions:

- Slice the bananas thinly and arrange them in vertical rows on a sheet of parchment paper.
- After placing all the banana slices, cover them with another piece of parchment or wax paper. Use the bottom of a jar or cup to gently press the bananas flat.
- Once flattened, peel off the top layer of parchment or wax paper.
- Drizzle peanut butter over the bananas and spread it evenly to cover them.
- Finely chop a small handful of peanuts and scatter them over the peanut butter layer.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt them together, either on the stovetop or in the microwave, until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the bananas, spreading it evenly across the surface.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt over the top, then place the tray in the freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
